Classes introduction
Live, osteopath-designed Pilates — twenty focused minutes every weekday morning, from the comfort of home. The “little and often” approach means a short, full-body workout with stretches, finished by 08:20 and easy to fit around a busy schedule. Each class is led by an experienced instructor giving real-time corrections on technique and alignment, with an optional progression into classical mat-work by invitation.
How to join
Three simple steps
Because the classes follow a set, choreographed routine, a little one-to-one preparation comes first — so everyone can move together, in flow, from the very first class. Even seasoned Pilates practitioners do this: it isn’t hard, it’s just choreographed.
What it costs
An initial, £100 joining fee, which covers both one-to-one sessions (normally £60 each), your first two weeks of classes (up to 10), and your exercise band.
£12 per week ongoing, contract-free, cancel anytime. Includes all five daily classes.
Class times and your daily instructor
Each 20-minute class is followed by an optional 10 minutes of classical mat work.
