Clinic appointment cancellation policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call 020 8281 0031 or email info@leytonstoneosteopathy.co.uk with as much notice as possible.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, so we have time to offer your slot to another patient. If an appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours, the full appointment fee will apply.
That said, if 24 hours’ notice isn’t possible, please still get in touch as soon as you can! We often have a waitlist of patients hoping for an earlier appointment, and if we’re able to fill your slot, we’ll happily waive the cancellation charge.
Questions & answers
Do you take credit cards?
We are able to take payment at the clinic for all the main card types. We also accept cash. Please note that we do not take American Express any longer.
Will my health insurance cover my appointment?
We are covered by some private health insurance companies including WPA, Aviva, Vitality and Cigna, but would suggest that you check your cover before you commence treatment. Your insurance may require you to get a referral from your GP before they will cover you. We would ask all patients to settle their treatment fee at the time of their visit. We will provide pdf receipts as needed so you can support your claim against your insurance. Please note we are no longer working with BUPA or AXA PPP.
Is there parking at the clinic?
We are directly opposite the carpark for Marks & Spencers / ALDI, where you can park your car, subject to the policies of the car park.
How far are you from the station?
We are 2 mins walk from Leytonstone Underground Station and about 10 mins walk from Leytonstone High Road Overground Station.
Are your premises accessible?
Leytonstone Osteopathy at CECOS House, features step-free access and wide internal hallways for those with mobility challenges. Our room is on floor two, which is serviced by a lift and there are accessible toilets on the ground floor.
